Modernized a large set of features within a legacy application used by a large, older customer base.
The goal was to improve clarity and usability (for existing but also new users) without creating unnecessary disruption
for those who depended on the existing workflow.
The redesign simplified the calendar experience, refreshed the interface, and moved key configuration controls directly into the moments where users needed them — replacing scattered settings pages with inline, contextual actions.
