Built a prototype testing and architecture harness for faster alignment, QA, and handoff.

I created an internal prototype testing harness that automatically generates a navigable schema from a functional prototype, letting teams review every screen, state, and instance without guessing what exists or missing edge cases.

Teams can toggle between realistic empty states and pre-populated demo data, compare each prototype state side by side with production, and test the same experience across tablet and mobile views in tandem.

This turned the prototype into a shared review artifact, QA tool, engineering reference, and handoff system — helping designers, PMs, engineers, and stakeholders validate product direction faster with fewer blind spots.

Proxy schema walkthrough for prototype and production states — Auto generated product schemas are created and updated as the prototype evolves — giving an abstracted view of the product. This also serves as a deterministic visual editor for the prototype/product.
